Full Service Wedding Planning - A full service wedding planner is involved in all aspects of planning and co-ordinating the wedding ceremony and reception. Our responsibilities will range from budgeting and scheduling, to finding and negotiating with vendors. We will be in regular contact with you as the wedding approaches. In addition to planning before the wedding, we will be available throughout the entire event to assist with any last-minute details that arise. Wedding Day Co-ordination - For couples who wish to plan their own weddings, we offer our services as wedding day co-ordinator. This allows you to enjoy your special day without the stress of overseeing all the vendors and activities. Most wedding day co-ordinators also co-ordinate the rehearsal. In fact, wedding co-ordinators typically start working with you about a month before the wedding so we can review what needs to be done,contact vendors, and develop a plan for the rehearsal and wedding day. Wedding Consultations - For couples who want to do everything themselves – but want to know how to do it as easily and cost-effectively as possible – we can offer brief consultations to help you get stated. We have a three hour minimum consultation to help you plan a schedule, recommend specific vendors, prepare a preliminary budget, and answer any questions you may have. Destination Weddings - A “destination wedding” is a wedding at a location such as a resort that you have to travel to. It may involve only the couple (commonly known as eloping) or it may also involve guests. We can help you plan destination weddings at locations around the world. We can even help you plan your wedding on cruise ships. We also arrange packages for couples who want to travel to our community to get married. Vendors - Let us hire your vendors for you.
